Drum Lessons
We offer a range of professional drum lessons to help you improve your skills and reach your goals. Our lesson packages include 4 - 30 minute sessions at a rate of $125 per month, as well as 4 - 1 hour lessons for $250 per month. Both in-person and online lessons are available to accommodate your schedule and location. Beginner Lessons
When embarking on beginner drum lessons, one should expect to learn fundamental skills and techniques essential for playing the drums. These skills require consistent practice and dedication to develop, but are also enjoyable to learn. The time it takes to acquire a solid foundation in these skills may vary among students. However, our experienced teaching staff will guide and support each student in achieving their drumming objectives.
We recommend that beginners commit to private drum lessons in order to master these essential skills. Developing a strong foundation is crucial for learning new techniques efficiently and overcoming future challenges.
Within these drum lessons, students can expect to learn various concepts such as proper drumstick handling, stroke types, rebound, stick control, reading basic rhythm notation, time signature, snare drum rudiments, hand-to-hand coordination, effective practicing methods, subdivision, pulse, metronome usage, drum set assembly, drum set components and their purpose, proper drum set positioning, basic foot technique, hand and foot coordination, basic drum set grooves, basic drum set fills, and how to listen to drum parts in music.
Intermediate Lessons
